Support and Maintenance
Once you’re up and running, you should be able to get on with growing your business without us holding your hand. By this stage, we’ll have trained your staff to do everything they need to and more, but we understand the importance of knowing support is there when you really need it.
One of the advantages we have over many of the bigger software providers is our ability to provide support that is informed by a deep knowledge of your business. The same brains that build and implement your software solution are there to help you should you need them.
We provide a range of support services to our customers based on their individual needs. That may include hosting, staff training and free bug support for the first six months after project completion, or if on-going network and software support is needed, we can deliver fast response times at competitive prices.
If we’ve agreed an on-going contract, we can also leverage our Agile, sprint-based approach to prioritise any additional work within support budgets so you benefit from system updates that accommodate any changes to your business without incurring any extra costs.
